Rules + Regulations is a much more 'grimier' album than their first, and this was almost certainly a conscious decision following the criticism the collective received for In At The Deep End. Rules + Regulations includes new memebers of Roll Deep, including Skepta, as well as other noted grime MCs, such as Tempa T and Jammer.
