Biography

A J Sparks (Sparks Productions) has recently become one of the youngest sought after, hotly tipped producers to emerge from the UK. Just recently turned 20 “Sparks” has been quoted as having ‘a unique talent’ for producing after already having a huge hit under his belt with the smash hit of 2008 ‘Stay With Me’ By Dj Ironik, which has been labelled ‘The anthem for broken Britain’ by many leading tabloids. From The Waltham Forest area of East London “Sparks” has always kept himself on the straight and narrow and has now proved that this IS the best path to choose.

After Producing the hit ‘Stay With Me’ (Which is available to purchase NOW) “Sparks “has currently been working with major label Atlantic/Warner Records on the UK’s Newest Sensation, Dj Ironik’s debut album. Having become known for his faultless art of sampling there is little wonder why “Sparks” has become the latest producer to be on many artists lips, Working with many well established artists such as former lead singer Haydon of 90’s boy band sensation Ultimate Kaos.


“Sparks” states that he is a music producer for all genres of music as he grew up listening to all different vibes and was not isolated to just a specific sound. Drums, Guitars, Keyboards were all instruments possessed by the young musician when he was only a 7 year old boy.


Always wanting to improve his skills and further himself, “Sparks” is constantly enrolling on new courses - learning new and vital information about what is required to be a master of what he does. After clinching a single deal with the label, the A&R department at Atlantic/Warner Records recommended Sparks to one of Europe’s leading music schools ‘The Arts of Contempary Music’ to learn his trade.
