Griminal is a grime MC from Greengate (E13 Newham), East London, after originally making beats. He is a member of Nasty Crew and M.I.C, and is the younger brother of fellow Nasty Crew members Lil Nasty, Marcus Nasty and Mak 10. Griminal is currently one of the brightest young talents in the grime scene, and there was speculation about him leaving Nasty Crew for Wiley's label Eskibeat Recordings, which has now passed.

Griminal has had an ongoing rivalry with Eskibeat Recordings' young MC Chipmunk, having clashed with him twice. Both artists have indirect bars towards each other and are considered the best MCs for their age bracket. Griminal has also made direct bars towards Jammer due to his video 'Its A Lot' with Slimting, Double O, C Gritz, and Badness, which intially was Griminal's idea and concept.
